Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive behavioural therapy that teaches people how to accept their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and techniques to change them.
A DBT group therapy program is being offered to women, free of change, and will focus on coping skills and emotional awareness.
Sessions are currently being held on Zoom, Monday-Thursday, from 10am to noon. If you do not have access to a computer and/or Wi-Fi, you may be able to phone in instead.
If you are interested, please contact Natasha at 416-598-2919.
